Firstly this is not just a place of stay. This is an authentic and incredible experience for staying literally amongst mountains and experiencing life of the locals. Lachen and his warming family truly make this incredible. On the first night I learnt to cook a tagine and got to dress in there traditional clothes. I had no plans and the next day Lachen arranged a guide to take me into the mountains with a lunch provided. Breakfast and dinner is served with generous proportions.
Lahcen's homestay was exactly what we were looking for to relax and enjoy the calm air and village life of the high Atlas. Everyone who attended to us was attentive, genuine, and obviously cared about our experience. A great host in a great place. Recommended!
